Hi, I’m Jenny!


I am the culinary instructor and recipe developer behind Laulima Kitchen. I create simple, approachable, nutritional recipes where gluten free is the norm!


I stumbled into the gluten free life after I was diagnosed in my 20's with Celiac Disease. I combined my love for [gluten free] food with my career as a culinary teacher to begin teaching other gluten free folks how to gain confidence in the kitchen!

 

When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm probably studying. I'm currently getting my Master's in Nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian!
